Eagleside Apartments had no website and no central system for managing their holiday let in place. When bookings would start coming in they would be across multiple platforms - Airbnb, Booking.com, and Vrbo - each with their own inbox, calendar, and confirmation process. With no single place to see what was booked, what was available, and what needed actioning, staying on top of it all would become a daily administrative burden. The risk of double bookings was real, and there was no professional web presence to point potential guests to or build any kind of direct brand around.

We started from zero - no existing site, no booking infrastructure, nothing to migrate or work around. The brief was to build a professional website for Eagleside and connect it to a channel management system that would bring every platform into one place. We designed and built the site around the property and its Auchterarder, Perthshire setting - luxurious layout, strong imagery, and copy written to surface the apartments in search results for self-catering accommodation across Perthshire and Central Scotland. At the core of the build is Supercontrol, a channel manager purpose-built for holiday lets and self-catering businesses. Once installed, Supercontrol syncs live availability across Airbnb, Booking.com, and Vrbo automatically — so the moment a booking comes in on any platform, every other calendar updates instantly. No manual cross-referencing, no risk of double bookings, no chasing confirmations across three separate inboxes.

Before this project, managing three platforms meant logging into three separate systems, updating availability manually across each one, and monitoring multiple inboxes for new bookings and guest messages. Miss an update and you risk a double booking. Fall behind on messages and you risk losing a reservation to a competitor property. Now Eagleside runs everything from a single Supercontrol dashboard. A booking on Airbnb closes the dates on Booking.com and Vrbo automatically. Enquiries and reservations are visible in one place. The site itself handles the professional front-of-house - giving guests a destination to check availability, read about the property, and understand what makes Auchterarder worth visiting - while Supercontrol handles the operational complexity behind the scenes.

We walked Eagleside through the full Supercontrol dashboard at handoff so they could manage bookings, update availability, and run the site independently from day one — no ongoing developer reliance, no monthly retainer required just to keep the lights on. Since launching in January 2026, Eagleside has recorded 41 bookings managed through the system. More significantly, they now have a professional website, a single source of truth for all reservations, and a setup that scales as the business grows — without the administrative overhead that was previously eating into every week. What would have required the equivalent of a part-time admin role to manage manually now runs in the background automatically.
